Voluntariness. Children are not encouraged to get involved into voluntary work. While voluntary work is important part of social life in Christian churches, in schools, it's importance is underestimated. I think children that from early childhood are used to contribute to society via work not only for a material reward.. Of course, families have more important role here to play, but as a model of society, voluntariness can be big great contributor to well-being. Inspiring example from USA: top executive manager driving ambulance car on week-ends, having professional driving license and passion for driving, while not expecting anything in return... And there are countless of similar cases..
Social activity. It could be more substantial part of kid's evaluation: how active he/she is in extracurricular activities? Leading some groups of interest? Singing in choir, actively sporting etc? Again, supporting (grants, extra free days, excursions etc) and encouraging those who are choosing not to just "kill the time" after school hours.
Basic presentation skills. Clearly our system focuses more on content vs form. Amount of knowledge that has been given to kids is more than enough, while then ability to present this knowledge in engaging manner is neglected... More of debating, presentations, small business cases, theaters, shows etc would make use of knowledge more fun, while students themselves more competitive in future.
