Moderator/coach Martins Vecvanags (get in touch with him [email protected]) clearly said that it is important to have purpose for the walk. One should not do it for reasons like "my wife did, so should I", or "I paid money for this, so I better do it", while any reason of overcoming fear, boosting self-confidence, concentration ability - are all important things to give a try.
Effect of the excercise was boost of energy and "can do" impulse. As this time it was made more a family event, we were able to walk over fire in pairs, which made it even warmer and made the experience more shareable. I highly recommend this kind of event to strengthen family bonds.

- Focus - always be there, focus on what you do.
- Honesty - be honest, do not lie - it frees up a lot of brain power that you otherwise spend on remembering your lies to keep the score.
- Commitment - deliver on your commitments. Think before commiting. Same as with honesty, it amplifies your power and energy.
- Know exectly what you want in life - if you know what to ask, you are focusing your energy on it and increase your chances of getting there. This is about targetting and focusing your efforts and future plans.
Responsibility - accept responsibility (consequences) for your actions. You are building your life (for some reason I believe chief architect you are not...)
